Summary:

For most lifelong fans of cinema, there is no denying the indelible mark that the decade from their youth where they discovered the wonders of cinema. For me that decade would be the 1980’s and looking back with nostalgia, I realize just how inventive and in some instances crazy the films from this decade are. With no films more personifying this vibe, than the films that Cannon Films made.

That said, The Go-Go Boys: The Inside Story Of Cannon Films makes a great companion piece Electric Boogaloo: The Wild, Untold Story of Cannon Films. Though Cannon Films is the focus of both documentaries, Electric Boogaloo: The Wild, Untold Story of Cannon Films focuses more on the films made by Cannon Films then Menahem Golan and Yoram Globus, the men behind the films, while The Go-Go Boys: The Inside Story Of Cannon Films focus more Menahem Golan and Yoram Globus.

The Go-Go Boys: The Inside Story Of Cannon Films is a solid documentary that fans of Cannon Films should thoroughly enjoy, recommended.
